Classes

CompletionCandidate

One item of a completion list: a name that can be written where the list was asked for, and what it names.

CompletionCandidates

The names a completion list offers, as the scope tree of a composed workspace has them: the names visible from where the list is asked for, the members of a module, a project or a type, and the keywords of the language.

CompletionLanguage

What the module a completion list is asked for in is, that decides what can be written in it.

CompletionPlacement

Where a line is in its module: in the declarations section or in a procedure, in which blocks, and what the labels of the procedure are - what decides the statements and the keywords that can be written on it (MS-VBAL §5.2, §5.4).

CompletionRules

The names and the keywords a completion list offers for a name that is being written, by what is being written and where (MS-VBAL §5.2 for the declarations of a module, §5.4 for the statements of a procedure, §5.6 for the expressions in them).

CompletionSite

What is being written where a completion list is asked for: read off the text of the line before the cursor, which is what is known for sure of code that is being typed - the rest of it need not parse, and usually does not.

CompletionStatement

The statement a name is being written in, as tokens: what a completion list needs to know of the code before the name - which statement it is, and where in it.

SignatureDescription

What a procedure takes, as a signature help shows it (LSP 3.17 §Signature Help): its signature on one line - Function Left(String As Variant, Length As Long) As Variant - each of its parameters where the line has it, and what the procedure does.

SignatureParameter

A parameter of a SignatureDescription: where it is written in the signature's label, and what it is.

SignatureSite

The call being written where a signature help is asked for (LSP 3.17 §Signature Help): what is called, and which of its arguments the cursor is in - read off the text of the line before the cursor, as what is being written is for a completion list (CompletionSite).

Enums

CompletionBlock

A block a line can be inside of, which says what can be written in it: the statement that ends it (Next, Loop, End With), and the ones that can only be written in one (Exit For, Case, ElseIf).

CompletionExpectation

What comes next in a statement that is being written, which decides whether the names of the language are offered or its operators.

CompletionProcedure

The kind of procedure a line is in, which says how it is exited and ended.

CompletionSiteKind

What is being written where a completion list is asked for, which decides what the list offers.
