The text is empty.

NotAnIdentifier = 2

The text is not an identifier: it does not begin with a letter, or it has something other than letters, digits and underscores (MS-VBAL §3.3.5 Latin-identifier).

Reserved = 3

The text is a keyword: a reserved-identifier of the language (MS-VBAL §3.3.5.2), which no declaration can be named.

Valid = 0

The text is a name code can declare.
