Why the program stopped running before it came to the end of its entry point.
public enum RuntimeHaltKind
Fields
Break = 1A
Stopstatement, or a break asked for from outside -Ctrl+Breakat a keyboard, a request cancelled by its client. The program stops where it is, and what it did to the session stays: the variables it assigned are there to be looked at, the module-level ones in the session and the locals in the activations that stay on the ICallStack, each with the place it stopped at (Pc). MS-VBAL 5.4.2.11 has the program suspended, with "all variables maintain their state if execution resumes". A program that runs under an IExecutionGate is not unwound by aStopat all: it waits where it is, and can be resumed. One that does not is unwound, and the next program that is started lets go of the stack.End = 0An
Endstatement. The program is over and nothing of it is left: the session returns to the state it was loaded in, without unwinding the call stack first (see ISessionHalt).
