Remarks

The eight colours of the basic palette, each a Long red-green-blue value (&HBBGGRR), as RGB would make it.

👉 Each field is one of the module's Const members, declared as the value it is: StdLibSymbolReader reads it as a Public Const of that value's type. As in MS-VBA, a constant is reached by its own name (vbRed), or qualified by the module or the library (ColorConstants.vbRed, VBA.vbRed), and assigning to one is a compile error. Nothing implements this interface.
