A call gives the same parameter two arguments.
Each parameter takes one argument: a call cannot name a parameter twice, nor name one that a positional argument already went to.
MS-VBA reports the same error, with the same message (recorded in Excel).
This code is raised by ObjectValueStaticSemantics.
