4.1 VBIDE Synchronization

🎯 The RDCore platform tooling shall ultimately include a lightweight VBIDE add-in.
The VBIDE add-in is responsible for:
| Responsibility | Description |
|---|---|
| Export | Exporting an MS-VBA source project to an RD-VBA workspace folder (RD-VBAL §2.2 RDPROJ Structure). |
| Import | Importing an RD-VBA workspace folder into an MS-VBA source project. |
| Launch | Launching an RD-VBA environment host attached to a specified host process ID. |
Attaching an environment host to a host process is described in RD-VBAL §4.0 Program Structure and Organization.
