Request for rdcore/session/commands: a client registers the verbs of its own commands with the language server, described (VerbDescriptor), so that what is typed after one at its prompt is completed as its descriptor says.

Remarks

A verb is registered once, and again only when its descriptor changes - a choice of what the client has (its themes) that it has more or fewer of: a verb registered again replaces what it was registered as. A completion request then names the verb, and nothing more of it travels (SessionCommandCompletion).
