Remarks

A call is an argument list after a name that the static pass binds to a procedure, a function or a property - of the workspace or of a library it references (SignatureDescription); the argument list of an array, or of anything else, has no hint. A named argument says its parameter itself, and the arguments after it are named too: none of them has a hint. Neither has an argument that is a name written as its parameter's, nor an argument of a ParamArray after its first.
