Classes

HierarchyCall

A call of a hierarchy: the procedure on the other side of it, and where the calls are written - in the caller, for an incoming call; in the procedure the hierarchy is of, for an outgoing one.

HierarchyItem

A symbol of a hierarchy - a procedure that calls or is called, a class that implements or is implemented - and where it is declared.

ParameterHints

The names of the parameters the positional arguments of the calls of a module are given to: MsgBox Prompt: "Hello", Buttons: vbOKOnly.

RefactoringCommands

The commands of the platform's code actions that a client runs itself (LSP 3.17 CodeAction.command): what only the client can do, such as asking its user for a name.

RefactoringTitles

What the platform's code actions are called, in the language of the reader.

RenameContext

What a rename is worked out in: the workspace, composed, and every module of it.

RenameModule

A module of the workspace, as a rename reads it: its syntax tree, and the text the tree was parsed from.

RenamePlan

What a rename writes (Plan(RenameContext, RenameTarget, string)): every name it writes anew, or why it writes none.

RenamePreparation

What a rename would rename, where it was asked for (Prepare(RenameContext, Uri, SourcePosition)): the target, or why there is none.

RenameRefusal

Why a name is not renamed, and what about.

RenameTarget

A symbol that is renamed: the name where the rename was asked for, and every symbol the name is.

SymbolHierarchy

The call hierarchy and the type hierarchy of the workspace (LSP 3.17 §Call Hierarchy, §Type Hierarchy): which procedures call which, and which classes implement which (MS-VBAL §5.2.4.2). Names are bound the way a rename binds them (SymbolNavigation).

SymbolHover

What a hover over a name says of its symbol (LSP 3.17 §Hover Request): its declaration as code would write it, what declares it, and what it does when its doc string says so.

SymbolLens

A member of a module that a client shows the references of above its declaration (LSP 3.17 §Code Lens Request).

SymbolLenses

The members of a module whose references a client shows (LSP 3.17 §Code Lens Request), and those references: what ReferencesAt(RenameContext, Uri, SourcePosition, bool) finds of each, its declarations not included.

SymbolNavigation

Navigates from a name to what it refers to (LSP 3.17 §Goto Definition Request, §Goto Declaration Request): the name is bound the way a rename binds it (SymbolRename), so that what a navigation finds is what a rename of the name would rename.

SymbolNavigationTarget

Where a navigation from a name leads: the name it starts from, and the places it leads to.

SymbolRename

Renames a symbol: the names that refer to it, wherever they are written, and none that do not - which is what makes it a rename and not a search for a text.

SymbolSearch

Searches symbols by name (LSP 3.17 §Workspace Symbols Request): a name matches what a client asks when it has each character of it, in order, and the closer the match, the earlier the name (SymbolMatch).

SymbolSite

One place of a module of the workspace where a symbol is declared.

Structs

ParameterHint

The name of the parameter an argument is given to, shown before the argument (LSP 3.17 §Inlay Hint Request).

RenameEdit

One name that a rename writes anew.

Enums

RenameRefusalKind

Why a name is not renamed.

SymbolMatch

How a name matches what a search for a symbol asks: from the closest match to the loosest. A name is matched regardless of case, as VBA names are.
